1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or damaged products received.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order ID) is required for processing any return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer are not eligible for return.
- Electrical parts, batteries, and accessories are non-returnable unless defective on arrival.
3. Return Process
- Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage.
- Once approved, we will arrange pickup or guide you on how to ship the product back.
4. Refunds
- After inspection, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Replacement
- In case of a verified defect, we may offer a replacement unit instead of a refund.
- Replacement availability depends on stock.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if not yet shipped.
